Hey guys, I set up a book rig that should deliver a realistic animation.

The video is here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZOu2477PWs Do tell me what you think! Thanks!!

Something to note, I find that using constraints consume a lot of pc resource or at least in comparison to using direct connections or blendweights. The tradition three joint fk ik blend setup that has orient constraints blending between fk and ik could be replaced by blendweights, for instance, since it's really just after the final values that are blends between the fk and ik setups. for the book rig, I had to make a lot of joints blend. had I used orient constraints, it'll be too slow.

    Cheers and Thanks,

    David

Jesus, I don't think I have been so impressed of a rig on such a small inanimate object before. Really nice and easy to use controls on it as well.
