how to make a rigging reel

hello people i am a new member on this site and i am looking forward to learning alot in here.i am a student and had keen interest in rigging before but unfortunately because of some reasons i could not continue with the practise and enhancing it.now i am back and want to brush my skills and make a demoreel for the same.would really appreciate if i can get some guisdance as to get my skills mastered in what parts of rigging and how to make a powerfull demoreel for the same.thank you all in advance :)

oh wow thanks a lot for this.but can i get a detailed information as to what all should i put in the reel.like what kind of rigs,what advancements are preferred and also if i should add on some animation along.please guide me for the following.well appreciated.THANK YOU :)
